SUMMER WEEK ONE IS IN THE BOOKS. HIGH LIGHT ON THE QB'S.

JAG PRACTICE FACILITY


The first week of Summer 2007 is in the books. Player attendance has been great... Wednesday's attendance was 103 players. Highlightning the three QB's:

Sophomore Drew Westling (Aliso Niguel HS / University of Tulsa) has continued his solid play from the Spring semester. He has an excellent grasp of the offense and has stepped his summer effort up to a new level.

Freshman David Ortega (Palo Verde HS, Blythe CA) had a great high school career throwing for over 3,000 yards his senior season as well as 40 TD's. David like all three QB's played in a Spread Shot Gun offense at Palo Verde so he has an excellent feel for the base plays.

Freshman Ryan Nelson (Loyola HS, Los Angeles) is used to competing at a high level with his experience in the large school division in Southern California. The Loyola Cubs have been a spread no huddle team the past three years, winning the CIF Championship two seasons ago.
