FALL SEMESTER FOOTBALL CLASS INFORMATION

LISTED BELOW ARE THE FOOTBALL CLASSES THAT ALL JAGUAR FOOTBALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN UP FOR TO PLAY COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOOTBALL. PLAYERS MUST SIGN UP FOR ALL THREE CLASSES DURING THE SEASON

FIRST CLASS
ES/I (INTERCOLLEGIATE SPORTS) IS OUR PRACTICE | GAME CLASS. THIS CLASS ALLOWS YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE ACTIVITIES AND GAMES ON SATURDAY. (2) UNITS

ES/I 113 INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS - FRESHMEN
ES/I 114 INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS - SOPHOMORES
ES/I 115 INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS - THIRD YEAR PLAYERS

ES/I MEETS:
MONDAY  4:00 pm - 5:30 pm Post game on field activity.  Helmets, practice jersey and shorts.
TUESDAY    3:45 pm - 6:00 pm Helmets and Shoulder Pads.
WEDNESDAY 3:45 pm - 6:00 pm Full Gear.
THURSDAY  3:45 pm - 6:00 pm Helmets and Shoulder Pads.
FRIDAY      3:30 pm - 5:00 pm Pre-Game Practice.  Helmets, practice jersey and shorts.
SATURDAY  TBA


SECOND CLASS
ES/T IS OUR CHALK TALK SESSION. ALL PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND DAILY. CHALK TALK WILL BEGIN DAILY AT 2:00 MONDAY - FRIDAY. SIGN UP FOR THE CLASS BASED ON YOUR POSITION. ALL KICKING SPECIALISTS REGISTER FOR ES/T 204. (2) UNITS

ES/T 204 THEORY AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF OFFENSIVE FOOTBALL
ES/T 205 THEORY AND TECHNICAL ANALYSIS OF DEFENSIVE FOOTBALL


THIRD CLASS
ES/A IS IN SEASON WEIGHT TRAINING. ALL PLAYERS MUST SIGN UP FOR WEIGHT TRAINING DURING THE SEASON. THERE ARE TWO CLASSES: (1 UNIT)

DEFENSIVE PLAYERS LIFT ON MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY FROM 12:00 - 1:15 (TAUGHT BY COACH CARBERRY)
OFFENSIVE PLAYERS LIFT ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY FROM 12:00 - 1:15 (TAUGHT BY COACH CARBERRY)

Scheduling conflicts for ES/A IN SEASON WEIGHT TRAINING Offense | Defense will be dealt with on an individual basis with Coach Carberry.

ONLY TAKE ONE OF THE CLASSES LISTED BELOW. IF YOU HAVE TAKEN THE CLASS 4 TIMES ALREADY YOU WILL EITHER SIGN UP FOR ES/A 299 (Special Projects) OR YOU WILL HAVE TO AUDIT THE CLASS.

ES/A 190 BEGINING WEIGHT TRAINING AND PHYSICAL FITNESS 1st Time taking the class.
ES/A 191 INTERMEDIATE WEIGHT TRAINING AND PHYSICAL FITNESS 2nd Time taking the class.
ES/A 192 ADVANCED WEIGHT TRAINING AND PHYSICAL FITNESS I 3rd Time taking the class.
ES/A 192 ADVANCED WEIGHT TRAINING AND PHYSICAL FITNESS II 4th Time taking the class.
